From Bologna, catch the train south to the renaissance capital of Florence. Wander the streets of this intense town and see some of the world's most important art - Michelangelo's iconic David, and masterpieces at the Uffizi Gallery. Florence has a small airport but it does the trick. Fly first to Frankfurt and then transfer to your flight back home.
